Rates: $115/night for first 2 people, $25/night for each
additional adult, $12.50/night for each additional child under 12,
plus a one time cleaning fee of $50

Stables: Ten stall barn (stalls are 10x12). Must
provide your own horse feed, along with feed & water buckets. $15
per stall/night.
